New Guild System:

As you all might have heard lately that we are going to purge/ clean up the guild and improve on how we operate our guild, time has come to execute this plan. After some thought, we have come up with a guild system and ranks will be as follow:

1) Guild Leader: In charge in the overall image and operation of the Guild, will be in charge of the captains that he/she assigns. GL will look over the performance of the captains in the guild, and hold meetings with the Captains to check base with their respective squad. GL will resolve any disputes that Captains can’t resolve.

2) Captains: Officers of the guild, they will be in charge of 4-5 players which will consist of (veterans, members, and 1 trial member). Captains will be in charge with the players in their group, which means that they will keep record of their performance in guild and assess their worth to DI in general. Captains will be responsible with all drama/ problems that their members are involved in. In order to avoid factions/ favoritism within each group , captains will rotate every month among all of DI players.

3) Veterans: Are the long loyal players of DI, they should be with DI for 1+ year to gain this rank. These members will be allowed to vote on guild issues and are eligible to become a captain.

4) Members: Regular players that are part of the guild.

5) Trial Members: Players that have just joined the guild and are supervised by the captain of the group they are assigned to. This is a 2 week period where the captains observe their game play and their value to DI as a whole.

6) Recruitment Officer: All recruiting into DI will be dealt by this ranked player. He/ she will have the same power as the Captains but will not have a group of their own, but will be only responsible with recruiting new possible members, which means they will have to observe their personality, compatibility with DI, and their PVE/PVP skills. The recruitment officer will also manage the performance card of all the players making sure all the captains are updating their group member’s performance grades. This is the second highest rank; he/she is considered the Vice Guild Leader (VGL). In the case the GL is not present the VGL will have full power on making decisions.

Reward/ Grading System:

The reward system will be accomplished by rewarding a point per activities done in the following list. At the end of every week Captains will add up all the points you have achieved and post them on forum. The main reasoning for implementing this system is to not only unit DI members as a whole but also increase our reputation. All Captains can assign points to all members in DI, to avoid the case if your assigned Captain is not online to see your accomplishment of an activity.

1. Help with guild raids
2. Help with Defending our Major Cities
3. Help with Professions
4. Help with world PVP
5. Help with gold/items/quests
6. Help resolve issues
7. Level of interaction with guild and members (not being a loner)

**Note: They get 1 point for helping members of their own squad (potential exploit to rack up points among friends so we might have to limit this and demand proof of helping and not just minor things). But if they help members outside of their squad they get 1.5 points (this is to avoid internal and separate factions/divisions). We'll let them know who their squad members are as well as who their Captain is for that month. **

ALL MEMBER’S PERFORMANCE WILL BE SHOWN PUBLIC TO THE GUILD, VERY SIMILAR TO A RECORD CARD. IF YOUR GRADE GOES UNDER THEN EXPECT A KICK FROM THE GUILD. THIS IS PUBLIC RECORDS AND NOT INTENDED FOR FLAMMING. IT JUST SHOWS WHO IS A TRUE DI. THIS PERFORMANCE CARD APPLIES TO ALL RANKS INCLUDING THE GUILD LEADER. (This is still being set up; expect it to be in effect soon.)

As a Divine Intervention Member, we hope that when a problem arises, our members will immediately identify the problem and IMMEDIATELY find possible solutions to the issue and resolve them in a professional manner.

As for assigning Captains and squad members, we are going to decide on that and get that roaster out soon.

***This new guild system is in no means in its final stage. Expect more changes to be made to this proposed outline. Feel free to provide your individual inputs, but this is the general direction we are heading toward. ***

****I WILL BE CLEARING UP THE GUILD ROASTER AND IF YOUR CHARACTER GETS KICKED FROM GUILD IT MEANS THAT YOU HAVE NOT LOGGED ON THE CHARACTER FOR MORE THEN 20 DAYS, JUST SIMPLY ASK FOR A GUILD INVITE AGAIN.****
